Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data mnazarow.ru (the “site”) collects, why, and how it is stored. Data controller: MNAZAROW, contact: mnazarow@gmail.com, +7-495-162-04-23.

#Forms and chat

When you send a request, a brief or a call booking we receive your name, email or phone, company (optional), selected services, brief answers and message. Your IP address and browser details are stored with the request to protect against spam. This data is used only to answer your request.

The online chat stores your messages and, if you provide them, your name and contact so we can reply, including by email.

Requests and chat messages are stored in a database on our own server and forwarded to us via Telegram and email so we can reply faster. We never share them with third parties for advertising.

#Visit statistics

The site uses its own statistics, stored only on our server. We collect pages viewed, time on page and scroll depth; traffic source (search engine, link, UTM tags); device type, browser, OS, screen size, language; country and city derived from the IP address (the IP address itself is not stored in statistics); clicks (position on the page and the short label of the clicked link or button); page speed metrics and errors.

Session recording. For some visits we record how the page was used: scrolling, mouse movements, clicks, opened sections. Input fields are masked — typed text is never recorded; the chat window is not recorded at all.

A random identifier is kept in browser storage to recognise repeat visits. It contains nothing about you by itself, but if you send a request, the visit (pages viewed, traffic source, session recording) is linked to it, so the site owner sees where the request came from together with the name and contact you provided.

By default statistics are kept for up to 13 months, session recordings for up to 30 days.

#Opting out

The “Opt out of statistics” link at the bottom of every page immediately stops the site’s own statistics and session recording in this browser. The opt-out flag is kept in browser storage, so set it again after clearing site data. The site may also honour your browser’s Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control signal.

#Cookies and browser storage

No advertising cookies are used. Browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) keeps your preferences (theme, selected services, form draft), the chat conversation id, statistics and current visit identifiers, the A/B test text variant, the opt-out flag and a technical tab id for session recording.
